"Clean hotel and room with courteous staff. Breakfast was included in our room rate and the selection was in line with what most hotels usually offer. Parking is available (underground with in and out privileges) at an additional cost but again this is expected in downtown and was cheaper than a lot of other places we had considered. Please do note that the ceiling clearance is quite short so tall/big vehicles wont fit in the underground garage. Check with hotel staff to confirm if your car will fit! Hotel is located just a 10-15minute walk from Parliament Hill and other sites like the war memorial or toonie tours. We also had dinner at their Tulip restaurant which was nice as well and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. "

"It was impossible to sleep! We were at the 12th floor and ear people yelling all night. Windows are cheap. Don't go there!"

"Easiest check-in I’ve ever had, really friendly staff too! Chic design throughout, especially the cocktail bar, with a lot of attention to detail. Unfortunately the games room and gym were disappointing. Small to the point of misleading, under construction and shared with a condo. But that was a pretty minor issue. Overall a great experience and I’ll go back. "
