"I checked in on a Friday night planning to stay until Sunday morning, me and my friends woke up around 4am to find a bed bug on the pillow, an adult size bed bug at that, we caught it in a plastic cup and brought it down to the front desk, he asked if we needed new sheets, we asked for a different room because we had no where else to go at that time in the morning, no other hotel close by would let us check in until 4pm. He said he’d let the manager know what was going on and that we could talk...

"Parking lot was dark with many lights burned out, the hotel itself was dirty and under renovation. Our room was clean, it took 3 tries, but the floor was not level, TV didn’t work and there was nothing to sit on besides the bed."

"An excellent stately building with spacious rooms, a great pool & workout area, fabulous breakfast, excellent laundry room, and truly wonderful staff who really care about helping guests. We love it and have been back several times this year as our grandson was playing junior hockey in Minnesota near Plymouth. GREAT restaurants around and in Maple Grove as well."

"Enjoyed our stay. I was really exciting to go to this Hotel. After being there to be Truthful the Room was plain nothing fancy. Main gathering room was redecorated with all alcohol ( Whiskey) glass bottles in the cabinet. Where’s the beautifulness of room decorating. Very expensive for a Hotel for prices. Rate this Hotel 3. Will not go Back. "

"Breakfast was very good. There was no guide in the room which told the guest about certain amenities. I had to call the main desk to find out whether breakfast was included, and what the hours were... Finding channels on the tv was by trial and error, silce there was no channel listing.."

"Everything was fantastic!!! The room was clean, lobby clean, hot tub great temp, pool heated it was a fantastic stay and will definitely stay here again. The only advice would be to add more variety of hot breakfast instead of just eggs and sausage but delicious either way. Close to Costco and other amenities right across the street. Thank you!! This was a breath of fresh air to arrive at Springhill Suites after we left our original hotel due to lack of cleanliness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! "
