"Getting onto the property was seriously dangerous. Only one entrance and you had to pull over into the median to make the right turn. You had to cross the off ramp of another highway. Cars were literally flying past with trucks honking at me. I spoke with the staff and they said that was the only way in. Extremely unsafe (and illegal), it’s not a turning lane."

"I visit NYC often and I have explored many hotels from midtown to the upper west side and this is my favorite hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms user friendly and aesthetically pleasing and the location is excellent."

"What I liked about this place was the price and location. The bakery was also good for coffee and pastries. Rooms are tiny and the place is noisy, noisy, noisy. Holy heck, why don't hotels tell the cleaning staff to keep it down in the hallways when people are sleeping before 10 a.m.? There was way too much yelling and talking going on and loudly and it didn't help that we were near the elevator. Staff was nice but often only one person at the desk. Drinks at bar were excellent. No food in the...
