"Horrible. It’s conveniently located but that is it. Most of the staff is useless, hotel is run down, food at the “restaurant” was horrible. Rooms are dated. Got woken up by hotel staff at 1:30am while dead asleep for a noise complaint. I was asleep! How? So, got zero sleep and a really bad migraine after that, wouldn’t stay again. Not up to par."

"I like the day I checked out, wish I would have just gone straight to Hyatt instead. Very disappointed with this outdated hotel. I made a big mistake and I won’t make that mistake again. I don’t get it, the area all around this hotel is very modern and yet I felt like I was staying in a +30 year old hotel.
