Staff was fine. Common area ( carpet) was gross. Door between our room and the next could not be locked on our side. TV didn’t work in bedroom and when I asked for help I was told how to fix it myself… which didn’t work. Breakfast room minder was very polite and attentive though we didn’t eat ...

The staff was great and Patrice who ran the breakfast area was wonderful but the carpet in our room had stains and there were ants by the hot tub and bugs by the pool.
