"In general, this hotel is run down. The hotel carpets are in need of cleaning. When I was barefooted on them, the carpet felt damp and dirty. The room had an extremely strong smell of room freshener. The parking lots was not well marked for spaces and the back door entrance either stuck or was slammed closed a lot. It was a barely adequate. The woman at the desk was very nice and hospitable. I would not stay here again if I were in the area."

"When we arrived at 3;30 workers were banging and drilling to change door locks in Delameter House. When we returned at 8pm, we couldn’t get the key to work in our door. I call the front desk on my cell. No one answered. My husband finally got the door open. In the room, there were no plugs near the bed to charge phones, there was a light over one bed, but not the other and the window labeled emergency exit was painted shut, a safety violation, I’m sure. In short, it was an annoying and disappointing stay"
