"For such an expensive hotel, I was disappointed that so many things went wrong just on a one night stay.
When I checked in at 11:30 at night tired from a long flight, I was immediately asked to handover my passport or driving license as an identification. Not that I mind doing that, but the way I was asked, without a friendly welcome felt rather abrupt.
When it came to leaving the deposit, two cards were rejected, that both turned out to have adequate funds on it, and then from my credit card...

Great paths to ride bikes or walk on and you can get exercise before you take the plane or after departing the plane. Staff is terrific. Rooms are very quiet. "The hotel is awesome as well it’s staff, BUT I could not understand how come you have to have a central heather connected to all rooms and as a guess, I could not chose to have A/C on my room and also, not being able to open my window room, because it is not windows on the rooms. It is something very weird and stressfull for a person who don’t like calefacción and enjoy a cold room to sleep. "

"Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof mit häufigen Zügen nach Amsterdam (20 Minuten Fahrzeit). In der näheren Umgebung nur ein Restaurant und kein Lebensmittelladen. Nur der teure Bahnhofskiosk. Trotzdem wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen für dementsprechende Übernachtungen geeignet. Für uns war es preislich interessant, weil die Hotels in Amsterdam viel teurer sind."
