"The AC barely work and it was always hot. When I mentioned my Expedia gold reward for a room upgrade, they didn’t know what I was talking about. On my last day, they was trying to rush me out my room for someone else. They also charged you for everything."

"Staff was super helpful and responsive. Room was clean and spacious and had everything needed - ample towels and toiletries, nice hot water, tea and coffee station, filtered water, mosquito net and comfy bed. Turn down service left tasty cookies for bedtime snack. Breakfast at the restaurant was made to order and had plentiful offerings. In a very nice walkable location."

"I had an excellent stay at this historic hotel. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bar and restaurant were also very good.
Great views over the surrounding area and within east walking distance of the city center.
I would thoroughly recommend!"

"We loved our stay at Park Inn. The highlight was how friendly, kind and welcoming all the staff are. Park Inn is lucky to have such amazing staff that made our stay so wonderful. This includes Gordonn, Maria, Josee and Nelson.
The room was excellent as was the food and the WiFi was very fast.
We highly recommend staying here. We only wish we had more time to explore Kigali and Rwanda as we only had one night here.
