Good hotel - two important points to be improved!

Although this hotel is a good choice, there are two points it should be approved: In the presentation it's stated that the hotel is at a private beach, which gives the impression that the hotel has got a private beach, which isn't the case. You don't even have a discount as a client of the hotel (price for 2 sunbeds and a parasol is 32€ per day) The other point is the fitness room, which can really not be considered to be at the level of a 4* hotel! Very few machines, max weights at 8 kg etc.

Bra boende vid strandpromenaden, gångavstånd till butiker och restauranger. Helt ok frukost. Fick mycket bra hjälp av Stefano i receptionen när vi förlängde vår vistelse på hotellet!😁

Wir haben als Familie vier Nächte in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Es befindet sich an bester Lage zum Strand und der Touristenstrasse mit vielen Läden und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sauber und auch mit Halbmeersicht hatte man eine schöne Aussicht auf den Strand und das Meer. Ein Lob und Dank geht an die Zimmerreinigungsfrau im 2. Stock, sie hat unser Zimmer zu flexiblen Zeiten gereinigt, so dass unsere Tochter ungestört ihren Mittagsschlaf geniessen konnte. Der Fitnessraum war etwas klein und nicht sehr gut klimatisiert, aber mit einer wundervollen Strandsicht aus dem 6. Stock! Wenn man nicht Halbpension gebucht hat, ist das Essensangebot sehr klein, das Essen jedoch super fein! Dem Frühstücksbuffet hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Es hatte für alle etwas dabei. Ein Negativpunkt war jedoch der kleine Lift, welcher nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen war. Dies war mit dem Kinderwagen jeweils etwas umständlich. Insgesamt aber ein sehr gutes Hotel, welches wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva. El personal muy atento y servicial , especialmente Sofía en la recepción . El cuarto se adaptaba a nuestras necesidades y hasta tenía una especia de patio/balcón con vista a la playa . El desayuno era completo y la ubicación del hotel , muy buena.

Hotelausstattung & Deluxe Zimmer max. 3 Sterne

Wir (Fam. mit 14 jähriger Tochter) im Zustellbett. Positiv: Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer & Hotel ist absolut Top! Negativ: Das „Deluxe“ Zimmer ist kleiner als angegeben. Einrichtung ist intakt und ok aber keine 4 Sterne (auch nicht für Italien). No go: Die Dusche ist massiv viel zu klein: in eine Ecke gebaut ca. 68x68 cm, Türe halbrund - mit einer Öffnung von nur ca. 45cm ist nicht akzeptabel! WC mit einer Öffnung von nur ca. 45cm ist nicht akzeptabel! WC Deckel war lose und hing offen immer nach unten - wurde nicht behoben… Temp.-Schwankungen von heiss zu kalt. (älteres Hotel…) LCD TV: Gross, jedoch nur 4 DE Sender und mit andauernd und anhaltenden Bildaussetzer! Miserabel: Die „schallisolierten“ Zimmer: Sobald die Nachbarn nur etwas lauter wurden hörte man jedes Wort! Auch sämtliche Dusch- und Badaktivitäten der direkten Zimmernachbarn waren deutlich hörbar - nicht toll wenn am 2 Uhr in der früh geduscht wird! In Ordnung: Der Balkon mit seitl. Meerblick. Parkplatz trotz Res. nicht verfügbar! Extern (15 Min. zu Fuss beim Kino Settebello) kostete dafür nur 5 Euro pro Tag! WLAN im Hotel ist gut. Leider wurde auf die Online-Zufriedenheitsfragen des Hotels auf die „Reklamation“ nicht reagiert obschon diese gelesen wurde. Strand und die Liegen waren gut 15 Euro/Tag. Fitnessstationen im Hotel: Misersbel - Alt & defekt (Crosstrainer, Laufband, Kraftstation). Massageangebote: gut, teuer, fachgerecht. Frühstück sehr gut & reichhaltig
Deluxe Zimmer mit zus. Bett. Matratzen sind SEHR (zu) hart! Zimmer sind sehr sauber!
Die Dusche ist viel zu klein - auch für schlanke Personen!

Sufficiente

Struttura 4 stelle superiore che per le parti comuni e camere offerte a mio parere non merite le 4 stelle superiori. Seppur ristrutturate le camere ed il bagno vetusto sarebbero più in linea con un 3 stelle. Gradito il kit cortesia. La tv riceveva solamente i canali Rai e canale 5 mentre tutto gli altri non erano visibili nonostante nella descrizione dei servizi ci fosse la ricezione di canali satellitari. Il personale in reception e’ cortese e disponibile.
