Khách sạn Rimrock

"We stayed in the Lodge and not the Hotel. Decent hot tub/pool? On, steaming and inviting. Except for the fact it was padlocked with a chain, so NO ENTRY. No microwave or fridge. Beds are comfy. Coffee was meh, ok. Very quiet and free shuttle if you want to go donate to the Casino. Easy Freeway access. We paid $55/night."

"So good"

"I absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment we arrived, you could tell how much thought and care went into every little detail. The entire property was spotlessly clean, and the fall and Halloween decorations were adorable. They were everywhere, even down to the festive doormats outside the cottage doors! Not a single detail was missed. The rooms were just as impressive. Even the tiles in the shower stood out, and the water pressure was amazing! The beds were so comfortable, and there were...

"Room was very clean and staff was very pleasant."

"Everything was amazing staff and all staff was amazing but the Washer barely worked I had to loose coins and then the dryer are over a dollar and jammed and didn’t work. So that’s hopefully solved for them."

"Beautiful view from the property! Rooms were clean. They made good use of the space for a little kitchenette and bathroom. I recommend and would stay again."

"I wish i had known property was a time share. Had to attend a time share sales seminar"

"This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Sedona area, but want to get out of all of the traffic and congestion that is common to Sedona, at a fair price. You will have an easy in and out with plenty of parking. It's like a 2 level motel. *(If you're on the upper level you will need to go up outside stairs to bring your luggage. If you would have difficulty doing that you should request a lower level room and you can park very close to your door.) The room we stayed in had LVP...

"I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and I love it every time. It’s in a great location! Right down the street from Bell Rock. The staff are always very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Slightly better than average stay and facility."

"Beautiful view from balcony. Comfy bed, delicious breakfast Friendly staff. Great hot tub. Nice evening activities"

"First of all, they soaked us $15 per night for parking, which was NOT disclosed when I booked the stay. The front desk refused to budge on that. I'll never book that property again, and I'll think twice (at least) before booking any IHG property. Also, the room had several maintenance issues and NO in-room coffee maker, and it was quite noisy. The one elevator was VERY slow, and the stairways were locked and inaccessible. That's incredible - a SERIOOUS fire hazard. I'd give it zero stars,...
