"The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud."

"The room was a wreck. The door had been kicked in and the privacy lock broken, and neither had been repaired. The window had been replaced with a piece of masonite. The room was totally unsecure and dirty. There were were piles of linens and bed covers on the ground outside that had been there for days. Trash piled up around the trash cans. I tried to get a refund, but the hotel did not answer calls from Hotels.com. I ended up turning my key and going to another hotel."

"Staff were very nice and accommodating. Especially the guy who checked us in (can’t remember name) anyways room smelled strongly of pet urine it was almost unbearable we drove 14 hrs I was tired I didn’t care but the nxt morning I had to buy my own fresheners. Huge opening at bottom of door so I had one eye open for bugs or snakes."

"Whole house to yourself. Right on the water. I was working in Minden for the week and this was better than a hotel room. I enjoy the scenic byways so being out of town was worth it."

"The breakfast menu was good and had a variety of options. The parking was safe. The location was great! The room was clean."

"Pulled up and clerk was out front smoking pot then barley could check us in the room . Then the 4 surrounding rooms. Had lysol cans on the outside of the room and some one was smoking pot . The sheets were stained and questionable and no pillow cases . Definitely slept in our clothes 3 hours and were out of there . Highly do not recommend! "
