"The property is beautiful. Easy to find and very kind staff."

"Great place."

"Great location, very nice hotel with very friendly staff"

"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "Beautiful, cozy apartments, well furnished and maintained, close to the main street where all shops and restaurants are located, private parking off the street, and excellent and prompt service."

"Amazing view , i loved the hotel "

"The hotel is very nice with large rooms with a balcony. Staff was great and dinner was excellent."

"I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least."

"Great hotel with view and excellent breakfast. Facilities like the pool could not be used as the pool was dirty. There is a sauna that is good. The beds were comfortable howevr shower area needs maintenance and so does some of the woodwork around thewindows.staff were attentive and helpful. Very close by car to the town of Villa Angostura "

"Great hotel, clean, ample room, great living room, great rec room w games. Excellent breakfast and staff. Well worth the price!"

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"Very convenient walk to downtown, but across the street from the town fire station. "

"A very pleasant place to stay and relax. "

"A equipe é muito gentil e prestativa. O unico ponto a ser considerado é a questao dos ruídos, uma vez que a pousada tem madeira no piso, paredes. Rustica. E fica muito dependente dos hospedes. Mas muito aconchegante e organizada. Ótima localização. Restaurante supermercados, bares muito próximos,"
