Boutique, well appointed hotel with friendly and attentative staff. Great spot for a quiet vacation. Highly recommend for those looking to unwind and would return. Dinner menu limited and food / drinks pricey from overall value perspective.

Wonderful boutique hotel, we were so pleased and happy to stay here. The staff was wonderful, the property beautiful, there were kayaks and bikes to use. Overall great. Just thought that the restaurant was exceptionally overpriced for dinner, more than the Ritz! However the food was great. Would stay here again.

Very elegant and charming hotel. Tastefully decorated and the facilities are always clean and new with only 14 rooms. Extremely attentive staff. It is an excellent hotel in a privileged location.

Yes we only booked a basic room but this was directly under the bar/coffee machine. We heard them cleaning up at night and making coffee early in the morning. When we complained they offered to move us rooms immediately so they know they have a problem with this room. The hotel was not full and rooms were selling for 40% less than we paid. The room they offered to move us to was on the ground floor so would have had no /very little view of the lake. The only option to upgrade was to pay more money. They have absolutely no idea how to make a decent coffee. The breakfast buffet had a decent choice. We chose not to eat our evening meal there as the options were limited and expensive. Personally I found the staff had an unjustified superior air about themselves.

Eu e minha esposa ficamos hospedados por uma semana no Hotel Calfuco e posso afirmar que foi a melhor experiência que já tivemos em um hotel. Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com atenção e carinho, e durante toda a estadia a equipe não mediu esforços para tornar nossa experiência nada menos do que 5 estrelas. Gostaria de agradecer especialmente ao Martin, Fernando e Leo, que fizeram toda a diferença com seu atendimento caloroso e impecável. Cada detalhe foi pensado para proporcionar conforto, tranquilidade e bem-estar. A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, com vistas deslumbrantes para a natureza e paisagens de tirar o fôlego — acordar todos os dias com a vista das montanhas nevadas e do lago foi simplesmente mágico. implesmente amei o hotel e tive uma experiência inesquecível! A equipe é extremamente educada e atenciosa, o que tornou minha estadia ainda mais agradável. O café da manhã é excelente, o quarto é enorme, aquecido, silencioso e conta com um colchão e travesseiros super confortáveis. Além disso, tudo no quarto tem calefação, o que garantiu um ambiente aconchegante. A piscina do spa, com água quentinha, foi uma delícia. Tive a sorte de passar meu aniversário no hotel, e fui surpreendida com espumante e bolo — um gesto muito carinhoso da equipe. Excelente localização, perto do Cerro Bayo e do centro da cidade. Sem dúvida, quando voltar a Villa La Angostura, me hospedarei novamente nesse hotel. I absolutely loved the hotel and had an unforgettable experience! The team is incredibly polite and attentive, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast is excellent, the room is huge, warm, quiet, and features a very comfortable mattress and pillows. Additionally, everything in the room is heated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The spa pool with warm water was a real treat. I was lucky enough to spend my birthday at the hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised with sparkling wine and cake — such a thoughtful gesture from the team. Close to Cerro Bayo and downtown. Without a doubt, when I return to Villa La Angostura, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

IDEAL PARA PAREJAS

El hotel y el entorno es ideal para parejas, muy romántico; es un hotel íntimo, con vista al lago, y un jardín con árboles y cascadas...las habitaciones, el desayuno, la cocina del restaurante... todo impecable!! Tiene playa "privada", con reposeras, muelle, y kayaks para uso de los huéspedes. Pero además, la atención del personal en general, y especialmente de Emiliano en recepción, te hacen sentir bienvenido en todo momento !!! Lo recomiendo altamente !!! Si algo restó a la experiencia, es que el uso de la piscina, si bien es libre, esta dentro del entorno del spa, con las limitaciones que eso implica (sin música, no se puede tomar ni comer nada, un ambiente muy controlado). Además, el hidromasaje forma parte del servicio de "masaje" que ofrecen, que mas allá del costo adicional, también tiene pasos establecidos, tiempo de permanencia (20min), y no se puede usar de a dos. Igualmente, lo volvería a elegir !!!

Excelente lugar, personal mejorable

Impresionante vista y hotel. Lástima que el servicio es amateur. Cocina pretensiosa y sin sabor. Los chicos bien lindos pero: dejamos el cartelito de no molestar en la habitación pero igual entraron y prepararon la habitación, coa que no queríamos. Pedimos dos cafés al pie de la chimenea, pero 3 horas después, las tazas sucias todavía estaban ahí. De verdad que muy lindo el lugar, muy lindos los chicos, pero pagando lo que hemos pagado, no quiero chicos lindos, quiero personal profesional

El servicio, la atencion y los detalles del hotel son increibles. Todas las personas que nos atendieron fueron amables; nos asesoraron para hacer excursiones y estuvieron en cada detalle. La privacidad, y la tranquillidad del hotel es algo a destacar. Todo muy ordenado, prolijo y con mucho amor. En cuanto a la carta y el menu del hotel; comidas gourmet tipicas del lugar y con toques caseros que hacen que sea todo mas rico aun. Panera caliente; desayuno casero con medialunas y yogurth de elaboración propia; asi como todo lo que sirven. Excelente atencion! Volvere seguramente !!

El mejor hotel!

El hotel es espectacular por donde se lo mire! Las habitaciones tienen una vista soñada y son muy grandes. La atención del personal es súper cálida y están en todos los detalles. Sin duda lo recomendamos y lo volveríamos a elegir!

Excelente hotel, tudo muito novo e funcionando perfeitamente. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, destaque para Florência e Leonardo que nos ajudaram bastante. Super recomendamos. Única sugestão seria terem mais opções de pratos no jantar.
