"Modern and updated room with a comfortable bed and high-quality bedsheets. The rooms are nice overall but very compact—it might be too small if you have big luggage. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel features a good breakfast and a very nice restaurant. It is close to the Metro station, and while it is a little far from the city center, but taking an Uber or Bolt is not too pricey. I enjoyed my stay here. It was a good experience and is highly recommended!"

"CONTRO COMFORT STANZA: porta della stanza non insonorizzata, ci siamo svegliati ogni mattina alle 8/8:30 a causa del via vai delle persone e del personale di servizio abbastanza rumoroso (fortunatamente sul piano soggiornavano poche persone altrimenti, anche la notte, sarebbe stato un problema), cuscini troppo morbidi, tende che non riescono ad oscurare a pieno la stanza (se come noi siete abituati a dormire al buio), soffione doccia troppo basso (sono 190, mi sono dovuto docciare a ginocchia...

"Location was good if using the metro. But no coffee in the room you had to go downstairs to get it and 1 day the coffee machine was broken but it was up and running the next day. Overall not a bad hotel ."

"The staff were as helpful as can be, the quality of the amenities to make the stay comfortable was higher than I have typically seen. Probably the nicest place we stayed on our whole European vacation. My only have one thing that I could not figure out and was not so great was the lights in the room since they controlled right inside the door and they’re not labeled, I always have to guess all these many buttons to try and get the right lights on. I wish there was some solution for that."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. Huge shower. The spa is relaxing. A great bonus after walking the hills of Porto for 3 days. Breakfast is everything you can want and more with excellent service. The bar was great for a nightcap. Food looked great, but we went elsewhere."
