"The location is fairly loud and busy. The room walls are paper thin. I heard the full conversation a man had with his mother, and I also heard him pre bard gagging for 5 minutes at 5am. There were hairs still stuck on the wall of the shower. I’d never stay here again. "

"Disappointing. Bathroom fan did not work, no shampoo, and luggage rack holder was broken. Looked like minimal renovations were done, mostly cosmetic. Very noisy! You could hear people upstairs walking around, sounded like a herd of elephants. Also housekeeping staff were loading up their carts, talking loud, and banging things around in the morning. So much for sleeping in. Do not recommend for the price."

"Room conditions were perfect and the location in Historic Railroad Square is ideal. Walking distance from so many shops, restaurants, entertainment and coffee. The staff are incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. LOVE the room, it's comfort and the old style appointments. Will definitely stay here again!"
