"Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"

"B&B Napoli Citta has no reception, apartment door and room door are opened by phone so it's recommended to have the access set up in two phones, in case one phone doesn't work. The ceiling is high so the room is hard to heat up, our windows shutter was stuck, could not be drawn up or down, also our bathroom door was hard to open or close. "The B and B is in an apartment building. There is no sign on the outside of the building. The manager met us and brought us to the apartment and explained the self service breakfast. There was no sign on the apartment door either so we got a little confused when we came back later. I am not sure why it is not clearly marked. But once inside, it was fine. The room is very small as shown by the pictures but very clean with a comfie bed. Breakfast was yogurt, cereal, pastries, toast.
