"Perfectly fine hotel for the area. It's a little run down but it's also in the middle of nowhere so my expectations weren't high. Its clean and the people are nice. My only complaint is that even though the hotel is non-smoking, because of my rooms location it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke."

"This is a nice place to stay in Maysville, right on the Ohio River. The staff were all very friendly. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the breakfast. It would be nice to have some fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal made ahead, etc. The town of Maysville is a lovely place to explore. They obviously have pride in their historic downtown. "

"Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book more than just one night!"
