"The room was beautiful but for the amount of money we payed it should have been more cleaner than it was. The amenities such as the pool was always full and no place to sit. The children were playing in the jacuzzi. There was a place for adults only but children overpopulated that as well. The bartender Kevin was great but the other bartender on Wednesday was horrible. He was rude and let it be known he was rude. The beds were like laying on bricks and you could hear children very loudly running...

"This hotel looks good only on the pictures in reality place is pretty beat up. My room was disgustingly dirty when I arrived with couch in spots, refrigerator with broken internal walls, hair in the shower. Elevators in this place on such a schedule that you probably endup walking stairs as much as possible. Basically avoid to stay here..."

"The pool was loved by our kids. The convenience of the use of a washer and dryer was loved as well, for extended stays as we were there for 5 days. We didn’t like that the breakfast was the same every day. The staff is super friendly and helpful."

"Checknin was a nightmare! Room smelled like dog strong. The sink in the kitchen was stopped up. It took multiple calls to get it fixed. Just not a good experience."

"The kitchen in suite provided on the website is an older photo. Everything about the hotel was outdated. The walls and baseboards inside the rooms and outside the halls were filthy! There was some “white substance” in the cracks and along the tub I’m assuming to capture insects. The place was a dump for the price of one night! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
