"Cocin restaurant food was amazing! Shower was great but in room coffee was awful and there was no sugar or cream. The coffee in the coffee shop was good but the service was not so good. She had a scowl on her face maybe she doesn’t like her job. The service on the roof was exceptional! The front desk staff also lovely."

"The room was a good size for Japan. We really liked the washroom set up..the fact that the toilet was in a separate room and there was a Japanese style washing area. It was great to have a sliding door to separate the two spaces. Storage was ample. The location was great for shopping and the hotel was quiet. We liked the lounge area in the other part with free coffee and soft drinks. The washing machines were greatly appreciated. Although they had check in machines there was always staff at the front desk to help with inquiries. Would definitely stay here again. Good value!! I’m"
