色々なお風呂があって、無料のサービスが多くとても良かったです。靴を脱いで過ごせるところも良かったですし、ウェルカムドリンクの豊富さや、和菓子が食べられたり、お腹いっぱいで食べられなかったですが夜鳴きそばがあるとか、とても満足。

Incredible stay!

Amazing experience to stay in a traditional style hotel. The onsen and facilities were very luxurious and it was experiential as well as a comfortable stay. Great place to stay with friends!

Staffs were wonderful , very clean clean kimono every day , food was good water tea and coffee also matcha available all the time . Hot springs , natural hot springs, sauna and steam room available , at any time . Respect the culture no shoes, but locker provided for shoes. Shoes were provided. Loved the place. 전철역에서 3분컷..가까워서 좋아요 단 목욕탕등.신발장 락커비가 발생하네요.. 전에 오사카에서도 비슷한 숙소에선..무료였는데요. 그것만제외.. 깔끔하고..조용하고..목욕탕시설도 좋아요

One subway stop from Kyoto Station. Not many restaurants nearby but it is a quiet location with the hotel next to the subway station. Facilities are great. The hot spring is good.. could have provided towels instead of asking guests to use own towels from the room.

大浴場が非常に広い上に、貸切まであり温泉施設は大満足。また、全館畳敷なため、リラックス感大。また、ドリンクや夜泣き蕎麦などの無料提供サービスも他にあまりないサービスであり、大満足。ただ、苦言はウェルカムサービスのビール。ぬるい上にコップも小さく、スタッフ対応もおざなりで飲んだら直ぐに帰れ感満載。ビール提供を標榜するなら中途半端に義務感満載でスタッフが提供するより無人でサーバ提供した方がいいと思う。 もし出来なく、このままの状態で提供するならウェルカムサービスのビール提供はやめるべき。正直言ってウェルカムなのに気分が悪かった。

Great Onsen hotel close to city centre

Great Onsen hotel in the heart of the town, just one station away from Kyoto station, really great location for those who cannot afford the time to travel far for Onsen hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy, great service, and I really like the private baths that I can share with my family instead of strangers in public bath, and the wait was reasonable. The breakfast was good, more Japanese style options which are what we wanted. The Kaiseki dinner was good, though I had more delicious ones elsewhere before, still good value for money and nice experience overall. Definitely want to stay here again!
