"The showers flood to the whole bathroom after a few minutes. I thought this issue was just with my room, but I stayed with other 4 colleagues, each of us on our own room, and all showers had the same issue. Also air-conditioner is not working and after asking the staff they mentioned they only turn the master system on the hotter days. Had pretty bad nights in a very hot room."

"The hotel is located in the very heart of Istanbul, just next to the main attractions, which is super easy to get anywhere. The room is equipped with absolutely everything you may need for your trip and very clean. But last and foremost the staff in the hotel do their job just above and beyond hospitality. Especially I would like to mention Atilla who was been an extraordinary host who has helped me in so many ways, I cannot appreciate such a warm welcome more! 100% would recommend this hotel...
