"the apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. A kitchenette forms part of the apartment. Massimo the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

"Ho alloggiato su questo appartamento una settimana devo dire che è la prima volta che vado in vacanza e non devo mettermi a pulire , trovato tutto in ordine pulito cucina dotato di tutto il necessario compreso di detersivo disinfettante tutte piccole cose che fanno la differenza.Posto tranquillo vicino a supermercati distanza dal mare circa 400 m non c’è sabbia ma scogliera vicino anche a spiagge molte belle . "Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Hausdame spricht sehr gut Englisch, ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, herzlich und ganz reizend. Das Deluxe Studio ist fantastisch, die Terasse ist riesig. Da es eine Spülmaschine gibt, wäre etwas mehr Besteck wünschenswert. Wir hatten nur 3 Sets. "I cannot fault our stay here. We paid extra for the 3rd floor apartment with a terrace and the sea views were stunning. There was a huge patio and two balconies. The apartment was clean with air conditioning in all rooms. There was a main bathroom with a lovely shower and an en-suite bathroom off the double bedroom (the shower wasn’t so good in this one but the extra toilet was handy. There was a second bedroom with 2 single beds but as a couple we used this as a dressing room and luggage storage area. There was no cleaning while we were there so be aware of this. We also made used of the parking in the garage at €15 per night which gave us peace of mind that the car was secure and safe overnight. There is however free parking outside but I would recommend using the garage. The staff when we arrived were very helpful. The apartments are about a 20-25 min walk to the nearest beach but we took the car and parked in the car park as it was so hot. It’s about a 25-30 minute walk to the old town. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Gallipoli."
