"The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. Any problem or inconvenience was addressed immediately. My room was clean and the housekeeper was always willing to do more for me. I loved the location of the Hotel. It is within 5 minutes of a weekend Farmers Market. There were lots of shops, restaurants and French Grocery stores near by. Walking is easy with several pedestrian bridges available for crossing the river. I will happily return in the future.."

On a été super bien accueillis dès l’arrivée, avec un personnel sincèrement gentil et attentionné (et même un surclassement, ce qui fait toujours plaisir 😊) L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme, à la fois chic et chaleureux, on s’y sent bien tout de suite. C’est le genre d’endroit où l’on se pose et profite vraiment du moment. Franchement, c’était une vraie parenthèse pendant notre passage à Lyon. On recommande sans hésiter."
