"The nicest part of this hotel was the lobby and location other wise mid. The elevators were limited and slow. The AC in our room was outdated and did not cool. We got in late and the next morning a housekeeper knocked on our door at 9am and when we told her we did not need her services she insisted on us opening the door to give us towels. We had enough towels. We put the do not disturb door plaque and did not use housekeeping services for the rest of our stay. The sheet and the shower curtain...

I could barely fit between the foot of the bed and the wall. The elevator system was designed to incur maximum frustration to the guest.
