"The room was a lot smaller than I imagined, but that wasn't the issue. It was the other guest on the floor; there were kids running through the halls and kept slamming the door until about 2am. I picked up the phone to call the front desk at about midnight and there was no answer. Finally, I said something about 12:30am and it still continued until 2am. Only 2 hangers per room according to desk staff. 2standard size pillows on king size bed, bee in the pillow case. Staff was watching tv and would not even get up when I went to ask a question.
