"La première chambre no 107, nous ne pouvions contrôler le thermostat. Nous avons dû insister pour changer de chambre. La deuxième chambre no 203, pas d'eau froide dans l'évier de la salle de bain et pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. L'employée à l'accueil le 2 avril en soirée était longtemps sur le cellulaire et l'appel semblait personnel. "

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and on the 5th day i had to go inside the office & book another day unlike the other 4 days i booked online well i booked the room and paid for it and when i went up to the counter and gave me name the receptionist "

"Stayed here for 3 days and I had excellent service from the first day to the last. Lily at the front desk was so very helpful and super nice. The second day my key don’t work so they sent up someone to give me a new key. The pool was nice and the manager brought out two piles of clean and warm towels for us to use. Housekeeping was immaculate and very attentive. Would stay here any time I am in the area"

"Great room, great location! Our room was quiet. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen area with full refrigerator, the pool, the fitness center, and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Parking was easy, and the front desk staff were always helpful. Good variety of breakfast items and a very pleasant, bright, uncrowded tables area. We love this place!"

"Its a decent hotel for the cost but my last stay, the lights in the vanity rooms did not work as well as 2 of the tvs. I messaged management and was ignored. "

"Rooms are clean and quiet. There is daily maid service and do a very good job. Good security on premises. Overall very satisfied with this property. We continue to book here for business. the breakfast is also very good."

"My wife always cleans the hotel room down. After cleaning this one she was so surprised how clean it was already. All the staff we encountered was nice. "

"Rooms were clean, halls were clean and quite. Stay was comfortable. Unfortunately 2 days without pool access for what we were told was a poop in the pool really did not sit well with entertaining 4 young children at the end of our short stay. The indoor pool was a deciding factor in my booking and they went in 1 time. Also the mulch outside caught fire at one point one day, and the following morning there was fire alarms ringing at nearly 9:30 in the morning. Some wake up call. "

"The room was ok. But our stay was uncomfortable. We heard the couple in the room next ours making LOUD noises (s_x) at night. The hotel was full so we couldn’t be moved to another room. When I let the manager Terry, know what we experienced, she very rude and nasty. Never staying there again. And it’s not because what the couple and their noises, it more so of the manager and how rude she was. And the police was there with tactical shields. SMH. Not sure what happened with that."
