"Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. "

"I spoke to John several days earlier concerning our reservations, (the front desk at our Ooltewah,
Tn Holiday Inn location) walked in At 3;05 on our arrival dated and a gentleman was standing there at the check-in desk, can I help you he said . Are you Johnny I said and every thing was great from then on. Everything,parking,breakfast,extra towels and such was great. Check was smooth! THANK YOU! We had a beautiful wedding of our Grand-Daughter nearby.

"Would love to give them a 10, but there are a few things you should know. The microwave and coffee maker is community use, in the lobby,not in rooms. The breakfast is more grab and go, with the exception of sausage patties. I enjoyed the stay, but had the smoke alarm go off both mornings around 5:30 without any explanations."

"Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good.

"You get what you pay for…moldy pool, filthy carpet, and 2nd floor hallway had a horrible moldy smell too. We couldn’t use microwave in room bc it couldn’t be plugged up. The only good thing was the black gentleman who worked the lobby. He was very nice and hard working, taking care of guests. On the day of our departure 4/9 the lady setting up breakfast was extremely rude. We will not return "

"We booked on here because the pet fee said $40. But we got there after booking and they said it was $75. It was to late to change or cancel. So please go to website of hotel and see what they say the fee is. EXPEDIA doesnt update their websites..
We booked two rooms and one room the tub leaked and the hot water in that room wasn't hot.
Breakfast was okay.
