"We love this location right in front of the trails to walk, but the staff at the front desk are not always warm and friendly. This is our 2nd time staying here. I loved the shuttle to the MOA and the driver was so courteous and friendly!"

"This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were rude the room was so hot with the AC blasting. It felt like I was in a microwave. This stay completely ruined the start of my vacation because I’m absolutely exhausted from not being able to sleep. The worst part is that they charge you to park there!!! Stay clear. Pick the next hotel!"

"Night Employee was rude made it seem like I was a bother to her,
Breakfast was a joke
Place looked like it maybe going through a remodel (i hope) door going into the bathroom was falling off lock on door to room barely worked had to go back to front desk 4 times cause keys wouldnt work. The lever to get out of on of the doors was broken and falling off hallway smelled of weed I wouldnt recommend staying there especially if you have kids"

"Had 3 adults 2 kids in a 2 room queen suit. With a queen pull out bed too.
The pull out bed was completly broken to pieces with crumbs and do Ritz crackers falling out. So unusable. Which we needed it, and only got that room because it "slept 6" 🙄 so instead my sitter slept on the couch which you would sink into without using pillows in the Crack.
Crumbs all over the floor, they never came to take out the garbage or give us new towels.
The restaurant connected to it was closed for the...

"A great location to Fort Snelling which every Memorial we visit. This hotel fits for 5 very well with room size and beds.
