"Only one night stay overall excellent, except I checked in little past 4 and was given a Special needs room I did not requested,gave me issues saying was the only room left , I was not happy at all, bathroom size was huge, after a while we were downgraded to room with only 1 king and the sofa bed, I had to take even if the room rate should be cheaper. "Amazing property. Extremely clean, everything felt brand new. The beach club is the best part of the stay! Very relaxing, quiet place to stay. The staff greeted us every time we left in the morning and when we would come back later in the day. I especially appreciated that the elevators had a nice security touch and you cannot click your room floor unless you scan your guest key card. Loved that! Highly recommend this property."

"Beautiful facility exactly like in the pictures. The staff were amazing parking was convenient. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but everything else was fantastic. I would just get breakfast and go somewhere local. There’s so many great places nearby."

"Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with "

"Desk and breakfast staff were super friendly. English wasn’t the first language for the housekeeping staff caused some confusion. Lots of barking dogs and screaming kids on the weekend. Would recommend weekday stays for sure."

"The elevators didn’t work, which was the least of our problems having to carry our stuff up 3 flights. The first room I was given a key to someone was already occupied in. The second room we were given literally had cockroaches in it. So we went back downstairs and requested to be switched. We got moved to one more room which the shower curtain had mold and when we were in our beds someone walked into our room because they were given a key. We left to go to the beach for the day and...

"Check in was fine. Although was at another location the night before and was charged a lot less for the deposit. And they don’t use the same soaps or such across the places. Got to hear someone’s loud stereo till about midnight. And people above stomping around all night. And the shower made the bathroom floor soaked from being in it 8-10 mins. Cheap cloth curtain that didn’t reach the floor. Was only there for the night thankfully."

"Check in and check out was a breeze, staff at both instances were spot on customer service professionals. Breakfast offered something for anyone to enjoy and was appreciated. A/C worked amazing and kept me just right all night. My only concern was both the sink and the bathtub were draining very slowly. At one point the shower was around my ankles, that’s not acceptable, sink held about 1/3 a bowl before having to turn off faucet. I was in room 209 for reference on May 8th. Lastly the porcelain...
