"Stayed for 12nights and just about everyday we had to inform the front desk that house keeping never came . We left our room every morning and came back around 5 pm to unmade beds , no trash emptied and no clean towels with the dirty towels left behind . The front desk then gave us clean towels to use . The daily breakfast was the same for the 12 days we were there with no exceptions . Would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly will not patronize this place again . "

"My recent stay at the Symphony Beach Club was Amazing, I have nothing but good things say, the view is spectacular, it’s right there at the ocean, the photos online are true to the actual condo, the second day that I was there, I accidentally locked myself out of the condo, I was able to use another person‘s phone, I called the number, someone answered right away, and told me what to do to get back into the condo. I so appreciate that. Thank you for everything, I hope to come back to Ormond...

"Room smelled like food, floor was not that clean, bathroom looked like it was half way cleaned, and the beds are hard. Other that, everything else was fine. "

"The Cove hotel was clean & staff were always friendly. One issue - We were not notified that the pool was ripped out and under construction until October 2026. I happened upon a recent review to find out this information. Fortunately, after calling, the hotel right next door (Plantation Island) are letting guests from The Cove use their pools at no charge! They have 2 large pools (1 heated), 3 hot tubs and a kiddie pool. The Cove responded quickly to any requests I had and offered express check...

"The room was clean and great view of the ocean. The morning breakfast was kept up with. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would return to the property. They clean the room every other day. It says they will make the beds, empty trash, replenish bathroom items but, they only replace towels. The towels are left by the bathroom sink and the beds are not made. They will empty trash but if you have a larger trash bag (we did as a family of 4) they will not pick it up you’ll have to take it to...

"The room was smelling bad when we arrived and the odor did not disappear. This room was not with the beach view but view on the parking. They do not clean the room if you do not ask. Internet was not working and we did not have any access code. Thankfully the staff was nice. But this hotel needs some fresh air as the odor in the room was horrible. They also charge 100$ for incidental that is returned to you one week later and not the same day as they said.."

"They didn’t control the guest very well. They let motorcycles park on walkways around pool and rooms. They crank them up at all hours of the night. You sleep some nights for people talking loudly on porches and sidewalks. "
