"The kitchen had everything needed to make and prepare meals to help cut costs. The bed was very comfortable and the airconditioner just loved pumping out cold air. The host/maid Judy was amazing and super friendly made me feel welcome and like it was a small apartment building. One thing if you are a light sleeper the noise may be a problem, you are on 5th ave and Senior Frogs is not even a block away and they play and talk very loud until 2-3 in the morning. There are apts in the back...

"Great location. With a supermarket, a coffee shop and a taqueria downstairs, close to everything. Looks to be very new building and super clean. The room was big, I wish there was a microwave. The rooftop pools were awesome! Didn't try the restaurant but it looked very good. Will stay again if we don't opt for an all-inclusive resort."

"Top tier plya del Carmen amenities and facilities. The rims were topped here. The staff was incredibly accommodating. Breakfast were well thought out. It was the right choice to go for the engagement My now fiance definitely enjoyed the couple's massage and the spa staff were incredible. Everybody was incredible"

"Room was good, check in process a bit time consuming since this property does not have its own check in office. The noise from the nearby club is ridiculous, and until 3am or later, only thing that drowned it out was a noisy dehumidifier in the room so sleeping with a jet engine in the bedroom to silence the boom boom of crappy club music isn’t ideal, would not stay again. Live and learn….if it’s cheaper there is a reason lol"

También falla el aire acondicionado, no solo en nuestra habitación , también nuestros familiares se quejaron de esto. Deben tener en cuenta que el hotel esta al lado del coco bongo y otros lugares nocturnos por lo que en las noches vas a escuchar música dependiendo en que habitación te toque"

"Clean room, friendly stuff, short walk to the beach. Breakfast was not at the hotel. We were not able to fully use it due to excursions we booked (breakfast starts at 7:30am). Beside that it was nice place to stay."

"This hotel is close enough to walk throughout the center of Playa del Carmen. The rooftop pool and restaurant are lovely. They have underground parking for an additional fee. If you are hoping to go clubbing, you can walk to all the major clubs nearby without having the noise from them ruin your nights sleep. The only low point was the water pressure in the shower was very low, but I also experienced that at another hotel in town, so it might just be the case everywhere."
