"I *loved* my stay at Paradise Cove. This was my second trip to Mauritius but this was just a short two-night stay whilst in transit from the UK to Australia. I booked Paradise Cove for two days of pure relaxation and I couldn't be happier with that choice.
The location is beautiful, the resort is lovely and small and quiet, the rooms big and luxurious, and the staff are incredible. They have managed to find that rare sweet spot of being high luxury but without being over the top or sickly like some high end hotels/resorts.
I was especially impressed by my arrival when I arrived in the morning feeling not so fresh a long flight and slow taxi ride from the airport but was greeted at the door by name(!), my bags were taken care off, and I was offered to enjoy the breakfast buffet whilst they got my room ready early (which had also been upgraded, I think due to my hotels.com status perks). I had a leisurely breakfast and then sat overlooking the pool and palm trees for about before someone came to collect me and take me to my room (about 90 mins after I arrived, which given it was still only 11am was amazing). That was exactly what I needed in that moment and could not have been better. So many other hotels could learn from this!"
