"The check-in process was smooth. The hotel was beautiful. The room was immaculate. A lot smaller than I anticipated but we made it work. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet and breakfast staff exceeded our expectations. The airport shuttle booking process was very simple and I’m happy that they can take you to the two malls (MOA and Ayala). Ayala was in walking distance, so we opted to do that. I look forward to my next trip back to the Philippines. "

Plus points, they allowed my senior parents to leave their stuff at the property after checkout which made it much easier and more convenient for them to complete their appointments. On top of tha this hotel is near to Canada Visa Center !"

"The place was not as I expected it to be. The room Was very small, smelly and the restroom was below standard. I ended up not staying there and instead moved to Sheraton Manila Bay hotel. I forfeited what I paid for in this condo since it’s non refundable. "

"A small cockroach greet us when we enter the room. Aside from that the room is clean the staffs are friendly and very accommodating. The aircon is not cold enough even it’s on the 16. Maybe they should upgrade their aircon. The water pressure is also low overall our stay is good"
