"No coffee maker in room. Hot water didn’t work at all the first day. Apparently this is an on going problem and should be corrected once and for all. Very inconvenient not to have a shower for our business trip. Breakfast was muffins and bagels, nothing hot. Hotel is clean and quiet."

We had no pool, no gym, no restaurant, no lobby our entire visit. Let’s not mention the fire code of the smoke detectors all being covered on the ground level. Horrible experience."

"Incredibly loud, impossible to get any sleep. Someone on my floor had their TV cranked ALL the way up, so loud it was echoing through the hall and I could hear it through my walls. The people above me were running around, in shoes, at all hours. The people next to me had a dog that was going nuts. The walls are paper thin. Even better, their garbage pickup is at 4am on a Saturday morning so have fun being woken up by that (and then the TV started again).

"Staying at the Holiday Inn is nice but they charge your cred/debit card $100.00 for incidental fee. State that it will be refunded back to your card within 5 business days. It's been a month and they have not refunded my fee. The room had no incidental. And I am getting the run around with the hotel.claiming they do not have my reservation from May 23rd. Very unhappy and will never recommend a stay do to incidental fee. If I get my refund then I will change the rating."
