"Terrible stay at this hotel. Smelly, there must be a lot of smoking rooms because you can’t get away from the smell. No heat in the room. 3 of us in the room and only 2 bath towels. The hotel is just dirty in general. We would not stay there again if it was free. "

"Missed the entrance due to unlit signage. Waited at front desk over 5 minutes with 4 other customers. Called the number they left to contact them when no one is at the front desk. Called twice and no one picked up. Asked for non-smoking room but upon entering the room had a strong odor. The room was just ok. First time at the Quality Inn and I was planning to stay at another quality inn at a different location the next day but cancelled. "

"The only thing we struggled with was getting to the hotel because of the location, otherwise everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. The whole place seemed clean and well taken care of."
