"Very clean. Staff is helpful and accommodative to the requests. Management pays attention to the details in keeping the hotel comfortable for staying. Electrical charger for electrical cars on property. The garden for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings is small but well kept and attractive. Overall it was a very pleasant 2-night stay for 2 people."
"Cute place, very quiet and picturesque. Bed and pillow is a bit older, but okay for a night or two. Be very nice for a small family as young children would love the surroundings. Clean"
"The property is very clean. I only stayed one night, but there is a kitchen to cook in if you need it. I had a decent night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet. My only problem was that I was very cold because the bedding was insufficient. There was only a thick sheet for a top blanket; luckily, I had my flannel PJs with me, or I would have been very cold."
"The best things are it's cheap price, helpful staff, and beautiful setting. On the down side the University is a huge campus with no transport across, you basically have to walk across it, say 20 minutes from the Uni bus station to the hall of residence that is the hostel. Also the University is about 40 minutes away from the city centre, but the walk and the bus journey were worth it for the beauty and quietude of the place which is close to pacific ocean and wreck beach"
"Our stay was amazing overall! The view was absolutely breathtaking — right in front of the ocean and perfect if you love nature and peaceful vibes. We booked the premium suite with balcony, and everything was super good. The room had AC and all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The property itself is a bit old, and the wooden washroom door was slightly crooked, but it wasn’t a huge issue for us. The highlight was definitely the stunning view and location. Also, the food at TuBird restaurant was bomb — we really enjoyed it!
If you’re going mainly for the view, nature, and relaxing atmosphere, this place is awesome."
