"Issue that I have is I spent $800 dollars for 3 nights and on of that I have to pay $55 dollars a night to park in the garage. That is crazy that guests have to pay for parking. I won’t never stay here again."

"Area felt safe, easy walk for food or shops all within a few blocks. Free coffee/water 24hrs, was a nice perk. Room is clean and good bed, only down side is no charging ports, need electric plug, otherwise great stay, 3 nights."

"Great place to stay. If you can get it on a promotion or find a deal, take it. You’re walking distance from tons of restaurants, a movie theater, bookstore, mall, etc. You do have to pay for parking, 25 a night but it’s directly across from the hotel. There’s security that does rounds and they are more than accommodating. Will continue to stay here. "

"Room was small , smelled like sewage, overall gross feeling. Listened to sirens all night and no sleep. The pool looked dirty and had stuff floating in it. Light switches were broke. But honestly it was the smell of the place that was the worst even the lobby smelled like feces "

"We needed to get over to Universal Studios, so the staff was very helpful in giving us an early check-in for our room. "
