"They served a great breakfast. The restaurant staff and hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms and hallways were meticulous and decorated nicely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the best hotel experience in Dumaguete. It was also on a quiet street really close to the airport."

Wifi was the biggest problem - no access the entire stay and I was told that there are too many users that slows down the service- this has to be improved especially there are frequent conferences and events held in the hotel. No windows in a family room felt too tight and claustrophobic. There was a main bedroom that had windows but the other “bedroom” was actually just a space with a bunk bed. The unit was also not directly accessible to the pool. The kitchen was complete, we used that area a lot. We never figured out how to use the tv, I think there should...
