"For the most part the rooms was very clean and staff was nice. The only thing that I had an issue with was the water staying hot and Ants. They had to reset the hot water and the water got very hot afterwards but the next day seems like it was more lukewarm instead of hot. The Ants was bad. Had to throw out food. We only bought food in that one day so I feel the ants was already their. I let the manger know and he offered to change our room but I was leaving in 2 days and really wasn't a need. But overall from that the stay was fine."

It could use a better cleaning all over and shampoo the carpets(you can smell them), the front desk staff was awesome, one housekeeper was nice but the rest of the housekeeping staff needs training including the housekeeping supervisor, she promised me that housekeeping would clean our room and replace our towels since we were there 2 days, they didn’t even breathe in our room! No indoor pool and the outside pool is out of order I guess smh no microwave in the rooms A bottle of water costs $3.57, I needed it for my babygirl for milk after I ran out late at night"

"Terrible check in experience, huge queue, poor staff efficiency and room not ready. Hotel is nice but bar staff rude and not one bit welcoming. Area around hotel unsafe, dangerous, do not walk anywhere alone, deserted areas, almost dystopian it was so empty but also appears to be unsafe. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of the whole area. Went to Graceland the next day and was a sad experience. Such a shame to see Memphis has degenerated so much. "
