"Great location! Close to a lot of different shops and restaurants, and having a CU on the main floor of the hotel was so convenient! Staff was so helpful and friendly and our room was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Korea and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!"

"Very clean and spacious room. Love the kitchen and the balcony. Convenient washer and dryer. They don’t provide toothbrush/toothpaste or laundry detergent but atleast they have 2 convenience stores nearby. Very close to a lot of popular shopping streets that are within 15-20 minute walking distance. Love that the hotel staff are multilingual but we still had a lot of miscommunication and it caused a lot of stress for a short trip."

"Staff was very friendly. Convenient we stayed here after moving hotels last minute. Good location for tour buses. My husband and I went on two tours while we stayed at the hotel. It was comfortable, lots of food options, and shopping. Great restaurants. Near a Moneybox where you can get the best rate for exchanging money."

"When we first arrived, we noticed a blood stain on the fitted sheet. We let the staff know and the young lady with the glasses was very apologetic and and helped us change rooms. We then paid extra for a bigger room. That night my husband showered in the bathroom and he said the water was not draining while he showered. The sink also filled up with water and did not go down well when we washed our hands. When we were out the next day we tried calling the hotel many times but did not get an answer. When we finally got a hold of someone, they said they would take a look. When we got back we went to the front desk and let them know we called about the draining issue. He said it had been taken care of. When we were in our room I had curling sounds from the drain for the next couple of hours. We ended up staying two nights at this hotel when we booked for seven days and went to a different hotel, which we had to pay extra for. We did not feel comfortable. FYI- my husband and I got only one room key. When we asked for two, the man said no it’s our policy to give only one. We asked if we could buy a second he also said no. My husband and I had to do a lot of coordinating because of this."
