"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot.
The room had aircon, heating, coffeemaker & kettle, fridge and the bathroom offered bathroom amenities plus bandaids and a hairdryer.

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful, newly renovated apartment in the perfect location in Tivoli. We had lots of helpful restaurant recommendations and greatly enjoyed Osteria Mom and the breakfast spot around the corner. Very comfortable, an ideal spot!"

"We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4.
However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app.
And we wish the AC was cooler.
Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc.
Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to...
