"The staff was super friendly and was always willing to help. They were willing to change the room from a standard room to a handicapped on one the last minute as they did have one available. Would stay there again if the need does come up."

"Stayed for 4 nights while husband completed appointments at the Mayo Clinic. We didn't eat the breakfast, so not sure how that is. The rooms are good and the underground access to the Mayo Clinic is priceless."

"This was your second time staying here. Our first time we were in a pool side room and it was fine. Our second time thr tub wouldn’t drain. I went to the front desk. The front desk employee was so rude about it. The hot tub wasn’t “hot” and they do not enforce the 15 people in the hot tub rule even though they have staff in there. There were a TON of kids in the hot tub. And the jets didn’t work. "

"Overall the hotel staff and amenities are fine, especially for Rochester, MN, but make it be known the pool is open until 11PM and those staying here for the Mayo Clinic will not get rest if your room faces the pool area. Those rooms should be free if kids are in there screaming until close. "
