Hyatt Regency Rochester
The room smelled musty and the floors were dirty. Booked a river view, didn’t get it. Also the pool was closed. What I read on this site said only closed til April 1

pretty dingy appearing in rooms. staff when we checked in did NOT know that parking is complimentary and was pretty unhelpful. staff at checkout was much more helpful!

There was no breakfast available, the restaurant was not open. There was only 1 elevator working.

Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.
