"The owner was not friendly at all and seemed upset that the room was reserved through Expedia. They really shouldn’t use the word “hotel” to describe this place. The cleaning lady was as sweet as pie, and the young woman who handled check-in was very nice and patient but the way the owner spoke to her was unpleasant to witness. The two positive reviews listed online must be fake because nothing about the accommodations reflects them. There are too many things to list that were not up to par....

The room lacked basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, and soap, which we had to request separately. Facilities: The air conditioner functioned well, providing relief from the heat.
