"A lot of issues but friendly staff. I came at check in for 4pm and room was not available (wasn’t clean) asked for a different room that was available. Was told there were none. Sat in the lobby for 45 minutes. Went back up and was told they could give me a different room. The room bathroom toilet wouldn’t even flush toilet paper without flushing 4 times. Told front desk staff on our way out of the room was told maintenance would come by while gone. Maintenance left card saying issue was resolved but it wasn’t. Stayed 4 nights with a toilet that wasn’t working. WiFi wouldn’t connect said I had invalid credentials. Just a lot of issues. Staff were nice and tried to accommodate but wouldn’t stay there again. Wish they had a shuttle to the parks. Might as well stay at a universal resort for a little bit more in price. "

"The hotel was terrible. Do not recommend. First, they gave us a room where the door didnt want to open..you have ti scan your room key about 4-5 times and apply pressure to get the door open. The room AC did not work well. The room itself had a bad odor. Probably from the carpets. The shower head was leaking onto the roof and water splash everywhere. While we were staying, apparently Icon park had some take over and people were running everywhere around the hotel. Security was just letting people in. Helicopters we're flying around looking for someone. The hotel also tried to charge us $10 to pick up our amazon package that we had sent there. We did not feel safe. I immediately checked us out and moved hotels."

"I love this hotel.you can feel it once you walk in the people in the front are wonderful very friendly.its walking distance to restaurant stores etc. I will be going back."

"This hotel was nice and clean and right down from universal studios. It does not have free bfast though and i think its because they have 2 restaurants in the hotel but they are not open for bfast so im not sure why they dont have bfast but thats the only thing i was disappointed but thats my fault for not looking better."
