"Great spot "

"Best way to explain this experience is to say if you’re a city girl and your use to a certain type of living this will not be the place you want to be in.I wish I could show people what they are really offering you as a 5star hotel. Upon Arrival stepping into the elevator it smells like urine so that was the walk up welcome to Georgian Terrace. Cleanliness I tell you is of no importance at this hotel and I’ve stayed at motel 6 and found it to be much cleaner than this. Also who still has rundown old and when I say old I mean old white refrigerator and stoves? The utensils like the spatula should have been thrown in the trash years ago. The light fixture inside the kitchen was busted up, in the restroom there was a patched hole above the toilet and the floor wooden slabs were sliding to the point where you could trip fall and severely hurt yourself, if you ask me it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. However outside of the room is where you would want to be during your stay. NEVER AGAIN!"

"It was a nice place to stay. I felt welcome. The place looked great, decent and the common areas were clean and comfortable. Its location is near downtown, markets, State Farm arena, underground ATL and some good places at a walking distance.The only things noticed: the room we had had a broken door, crack on the wall, chest drawer was broken. We needed additional bedding and we needed to go to front desk to get it. The room was not cleaned (no one came) in two days. And the fee for car valet (only car storing service they provide) it’s super expensive at 52$ a night. Breakfast closes at 9:30am. Overall was a good experience but they could improve some things to make it an outstanding experience for guests. "

" Parking was $15 per night (FYI). Did not know about that at all. The cleaning ladies were the ONLY great part of our stay!! We had 10+ lady bugs in our room plus a stink bug."

"ALL the staff were helpful & friendly. Check-in check-out were a breeze. Room was clean, & included toiletries & the bed was comfy "

"The room was nice. Was it perfectly clean now I saw a few imperfections. The number one complaint I’ll say is that the staff was not very nice in particular there was this one woman who checked me in and she was extremely rude. She would make rude comments, rude, smirks rude scoffs animated for a very uncomfortable and unfortunate situation when checking in and made our experience un enjoyable. I would never come back because of that woman which goes to show you how important customer services is. My flight arrive late so we checked in around one in the morning so it was someone who works the late night shift. I do not know her name but stay away at all costs. She should not be working there."
