"The hotel had great parking. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful when I needed to check-out early. The only issue I had was two maintenance problems that I let them know about when I left."

"I am very picky about hotels. This was my 1st time staying at Hotel Denim in Greensboro NC. I normally stay at the Sheraton Near the mall. I wanted to try a new place to have options. The reviews were pretty good for this hotel. This is a smaller hotel with 4 floors. When you walk in, it smells clean with scents of Clorox and other cleaning agents. I was pleasantly surprised! The only 3 very minor issues I had were no microwave in the room, the toilet not being properly cleaned & very limited breakfast choices. I still do an additional wipe down with Clorox wipes & Lysol spray at any hotel no matter how luxurious it is. Most hotels don’t clean the seats of toilets & under the toilet seat properly. You get 2 token chips with your stay for a water & alcohol beverage. I don’t drink & only got water. It’s a very small breakfast area. The choices were muffins or a bagel. There is no option for a hot breakfast. The fruit was very old & soft. I only took a banana & had 2 bites before I peeled it and it was no good 😒. Marcus is very kind, patient and professional. I called before my stay to request an early check in and when I arrived, my room was ready. Housekeeping & staff are very nice & helpful. Hotel Denim was good except the 3 minor issues. The area is safe and very peaceful and quiet. There are eateries within walking distance and other stores, and a gas station across the street. I enjoyed my stay and I recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again."

"A little dated, but clean overall. i asked for a fan and was told they would bring it right up. They did not. A/C stopped working around 9:30pm - maintenance came right away. Unfortunately the problem could not be fixed. Maintenance assured me I would be moved into another room. Front desk never called and I was not able to get a live person on the phone. It was hot and stuffy all night. Traffic noise from I40 right outside the window. NO sleep - court at 8:00am! Defininately would not stay here again. "

"Clean room, very beautiful resort "

"Parking was easy and safe but there was no elevator, making getting luggage to the 2nd floor a bit of a challenge. I stayed for 2 nights and while my room was cleaned, they didn't make the bed. Parts of the walls in our hallway were open and marked off with caution tape. "

"Did not clean room for 3 days despite frequent requests. Pool was dirty & unkept. No air conditioning 1 night. Very disappointed "
