"This is a great place if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat. The restaurant was a true gem, and the staff were incredibly kind - overall, a wonderful place to stay. The mountain views were absolutely amazing, which was such a great bonus!
That said, it’s not within close walking distance to town, so a vehicle is still needed to get into Banff, especially during the winter months. In the summer, it may be easier to walk or bike into town."

"The rooms were clean and everything in the room worked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub worked and was clean. The breakfast was good and the lady working the breakfast room kept it clean and orderly. This place acted like they wanted our business and they earned it, I would stay again."

"The games room was full of activies! The pool table and shuffle board were fun. I also enjoyed the magnetic games that were attached to the wall, what a great idea! My kids also enjoyed the endless supply of hot chocolate and the fresh baked cookies were a nice touch!
The pool area could have used a cleaning, especially the floor. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and the location was great!"

The bar/restaurant (great service and lovely food/drinks) is a great place to unwind. The proximity to the airport really cannot be beat, especially if you have an early morning flight (the shuttle take less than 5 minutes from point to point). "

"Loved this place. Like new or it was new. Some employees working on finishing touches, but they were polite and helpful as well.
When we left something in the room upon our departure, we were informed and we arranged to have it sent on to us. They did a great job, and the next we go that way, we'll stay there!"
