"The City Garden Grand Hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The service provided was excellent. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The quality and range of options for breakfast items must be commended. We really liked the amenities: hot tub, swimming pool, comfortable cotton bathrobes, goose-feather pillows, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs (channels unfortunately intermittent sometimes), mini fridge and microwave and even high-end soap...

"The hotel is close to a lot of shopping and dining options. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffett here was excellent. "

"Having gone to Makati more then any other in Manila, this certainly may be one of my favorite properties. The staff alone is incredible, could not walk more then a meter without someone there offering assistance. Very kind and extremly friendly as well. The location too was great being right across from Greenbelt 3 entrance. Food was delicious along with extremly pleasent rooms. Would stay again. On a side note, if you are foreign to the phillipines, a great hotel for any first timer."

"We arrived late past 12MN due to our delayed flight and yet we were given a courtesy for us to check out later than their usual check out time for a night stay. That was very considerate of them. I appreciate that kind of customer service. I want to thank the lady staff who was on duty last night. We had a good night sleep. The room, the bed , bathroom were so clean and fresh. The only negative was the slow drainage on the shower. Other than that, all was well. Will stay longer next time. "
