"The bed was very comfortable. The light bulb fell out of the lamp when I went to turn it on, the outlets did not charge our devices. The coffee machine in the room ran over the cup. Made an absolute mess. Called front desk to get something to mop it up. I didn’t want to use the nice white towels. Waited 2 hours and no one ever showed up. I used the towels. Checked out next morning."

"The breakfast menu left a little bit to be desired, not because of quality but because of the quantity. Nothing to do with the staff but there was a lot patrons there for some event in the area. We went down for breakfast early and the menu was slim pickings. As far as the room was concerned everything worked, it was very clean , well appointed and comfortable. "Arrived and no one was to be found for 20 minutes. Sign was slit that said press 0. Called a few times but gave up when I saw “44 missed calls”. Hair was all over the bathroom and toilet paper. Felt so dirty and disgusting."

"The room wasn’t ready till 7:30pm. It was dirty, hair in the sink, dirt in the floor, dirty sheets. At 10:30pm just as we were going to sleep, they started cleaning the room just above us and vacuumed and was moving a bunch of furniture. They offered no help or comp plan to make up for the horrible experience. I paid way too much for that experience "

"Overall service at the hotel was great. However, the website gives a falsehood that there is a whirlpool in the pool area and it is not and there is not. In my opinion, the pool is only kid friendly.Because it's only three and a half feet 24 and a half feet.Not very long or wide at all."

"This hotel advertises that it offers a hotel shuttle, but it does not!! the gentleman at the front desk, assured me that he would secure transportation for me and would call me several times, but I never heard from him. I was forced to pay $30 for an Uber to go 2 miles down the road at 6 AM to the airport."
